Product introduction：
Bag filter is accessary of cleaning equipment. It has good ventilation performance, high dust removal efficiency, and there is a certain acid, alkali resistant and heat resistant ability, multilateral flannelette is adopted in weaving process, improve the fabric thickness, elastic. It has good air permeability, high precipitation rate and dust removal effect is very good ,dust removal efficiency can reach 98.99%. Different equipment need to use different bag filter, The customer must select correct bag filter according the current situation.
Material Introduction:
Polyphenylene sulfide fiber, named PPS fiber. PPS was prepared by melt spinning, melting point 285 ℃. The tensile strength is 0.18 ~ 0.26n/tex, elongation is 25% ~ 35%, and the initial modulus is 2.65 ~ 3.53n/tex. It has good heat resistance, good acid and alkali resistance. It is mainly used as high temperature filter fabric, and the temperature resistance can reach 190 ℃. It can be used for flue gas filter material.

Working Principle:
The customer select the correct bag filter and to be installed in cleaning machine. When the flue gas enter the ash hopper through the air inlet pipe of the dust collector, the fine particles will enter the filter bag chamber with the gas. Due to the inertia, diffusion, barrier, and static electricity of the filter material fiber and fabric, the dust will be stayed in the filter bag, and the purified gas escapes out of the bag and is discharged through the exhaust pipe. The customer need to clean the bag filter regularly .
