Introduction
FR-TPE500 consists of environment friendly flame retardant system of bromine and antimony, developed for TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). Mainly used in insulated cable (TPE, TPV, TPR or TPU), low dosage and high performance. FR-TPE500 can pass UL1581VW-1 test, and it is not limited by the Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment. Advantage: good gloss, non-blooming, good water resistance, excellent transference resistance, good electric performance.

Drying condition: Drying at 100 deg C to 2-3 hours by desiccant dryers.
Extruder: use general extruder, screw L/D 25:1, compression ratio 3.
