Description

N-375 is a durability hygroscopic agent, suitable for Polyester, Nylon and their blended fabrics. Give fabric excellent durability hygroscopic and quick-drying function.   

Characteristics 

Give fabric excellent easy stain release function;

No any affect on fabric after finishing treatment;

Compatible with majority of no-ironing resins.

Application

Used on polyester and Nylon fabrics in pad finishing.

Recommended formula:

N-375                          100-200g/L

Temperature of finishing solution    5-35°C 

pH value                       3.5-4.0. 

Mangle expression               70-80%

Drying and curing of fabric:

Drying temperature is 130°C. Polyester must be dry for at least 30 seconds at 170°C. Nylon fabric must be dry for at least 30 seconds at 150°C. Can use hydrophobic nonionic softener if needed.

Packing and storage:

120 kg per plastic drum. Exposure to bright sunlight for a longtime or blending with other materials is prohibited.
